About

Principal-led. We do the work ourselves.

CarrierReady is built by Xenco Labs, Inc. We met building one of the largest independent fiber networks in the country. Today we build the tools we wish we'd had.

Why billing

We've run the business side, not just the technology.

Between us we've spent more than thirty-five years as executives at large technology companies, carrying revenue numbers, building teams and answering for the results. That means living with the systems behind a business: the billing, the accounting, the contracts and the reports someone has to stand behind.

Insurance defense billing is exactly that kind of problem. The work is done and earned, then lost to rules that live in a dozen carrier guidelines and a dozen portals. We build CarrierReady the way we run our own companies: rules written down, every number traceable, and a person approving what goes out the door.

Founders

The people you'll work with

Xenophon Giannis

Xenophon Giannis

Co-Founder & CEO, Xenco Labs, Inc.

Two decades leading sales and engineering in enterprise technology at AboveNet, NexusGuard and Black Lotus (acquired by Level 3), where he built a regional infrastructure business of more than $22 million.

He runs Xenco Labs as an operator: the products, the infrastructure they run on, and the billing and accounting systems behind them, including bookkeeping, invoicing and bank integrations he built for his own companies. CarrierReady comes from that same habit of treating billing as a system to get right, not a chore to survive.

Laurie Shahin

Laurie Shahin

Co-Founder & Chief Partnerships Officer, Xenco Labs, Inc.

Fifteen-plus years leading data-center and channel sales at AboveNet, Telx, INAP, Evoque, QuadraNet and ValorC3, where she served as VP, Channel & Alliances.

She owns partnerships, go-to-market and the customer relationships that turn a good product into one a firm relies on every billing cycle. At CarrierReady, she is the person pilot firms work with from the first conversation on.

Xenco Labs

Operators who build.

Xenco Labs builds and runs production AI applications, including content engines, résumé tools and image generation, on the same stack it deploys for clients. Then it points that machinery at other people's problems: a small business that needs a website that actually converts, a mid-market company that needs a full growth system, or a data-center developer that needs infrastructure feasibility answers.

Different customers, one throughline: not an agency reselling theory, but a studio that ships.
